Ø9 Inox cobalt drill bit for metal
9 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. Professional twist drill with a smooth straight shank, 9 mm in diameter. It features a 118° point angle, 2 central cutting edges, strong ground cutting edges, and helical flutes for efficient chip evacuation up the hole being drilled. The drills available in our store are manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard from special HSSE cobalt high-speed steel. The addition of approximately 5% cobalt significantly increases cutting productivity, speeding up drilling and improving utilization of available workstations. Cobalt steel also increases drill durability under very demanding operating conditions. The cutting edges resist breakage, cracking, chipping, edge fracture, and dulling. This allows the drills to remain in service for a very long time without replacement. 9 mm cobalt drill bit for metal is suitable not only for conventional drilling machines but also for milling machines, lathes, and CNC machine tools.
