Long drills for metal fi 1,4 is produced from modern HSS high-speed steel according to the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340. It is characterized by high drilling performance, even in very hard and hard-to-machine materials. The high quality of drilling is mainly influenced by the properties of high-speed steel. Thanks to it, the drills are resistant to harsh cutting conditions and resistant to any mechanical damage. They can be used for industrial processing of hard materials (unalloyed steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics). The drills retain their efficiency even under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. They are suitable for various types of machine tools, including conventional drills, lathes, milling machines and CNC numerical control machine tools.
