Ø19 Inox cobalt drill bit for metal
19 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. A twist drill with a smooth straight shank, manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard. Suitable for drilling through holes and blind holes with a diameter of 19 mm. Manufactured from HSSE cobalt high-speed steel. The addition of cobalt (approximately 5%) improves the drill's cutting performance and its ability to withstand very demanding operating conditions.
Above all, NWKa cobalt steel drills allow machining of very hard and difficult-to-machine materials such as alloy steels, stainless steels, heat-resistant steels, acid-resistant steels, gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, and cast steel. High-speed steel also improves drilling accuracy, and the resulting holes have low surface roughness. Our drills feature two ground central cutting edges, a 118° point angle, and special flutes for efficient chip evacuation upward through the hole. 19.0 mm cobalt drill bits for metal designed for professional machining using drilling machines, milling machines, and lathes, as well as CNC machine tools.
