3.5 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. A modern twist drill with a plain straight shank, designed for professional drilling in hard and difficult-to-machine materials. The drills feature 2 central cutting edges and strong cutting edges resistant to lateral forces and impacts. They are manufactured in accordance with dimensional standard NWKa, DIN 338 from modern high-grade HSSE high-speed steel with 5% cobalt. This tool steel exhibits very high cutting performance, contributing to excellent drilling results. Above all, the drills withstand demanding operating conditions and resist all types of mechanical damage. They enable highly productive and very accurate drilling. The holes have low surface roughness and maintain axial alignment along their entire length. The drills can be used for drilling alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel and cast iron. 3.5 mm cobalt drill bits for metal can be used on conventional machine tools and CNC (computer numerical control) machine tools.
