9.5 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. High-quality twist drill with a smooth straight shank, 9.5 mm in diameter. Manufactured by grinding from advanced HSSE cobalt high-speed steel with high cutting performance. Drills of this type feature 2 central cutting edges, ground cutting edges, a 118° point angle, and helical flutes. These specific geometric features enable precise drilling and rapid chip evacuation. Further advantages come from the special properties of high-speed steel with approximately 5% cobalt. These properties enable significant increases in cutting productivity and accuracy. They allow cutting under very demanding conditions, including the high temperatures generated during high-speed drilling. The cutting edges are highly resistant to mechanical damage and very rarely break, crack, or even become dull. This gives the drills a very long service life. 9.5 mm cobalt metal drill bits, are intended primarily for professional drilling in large metalworking shops using both conventional machine tools and modern CNC machines.
