Ø2.3 Inox cobalt drill bit for metal
2.3 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. High-grade twist drill with a smooth straight shank for producing through holes and blind holes with a diameter of 2.3 mm. The drill has specially ground cutting edges resistant to impacts and lateral forces, and a point angle of 118°. The drill enables highly accurate drilling, while special helical flutes allow rapid chip evacuation and the production of chips with low surface roughness. Our drills conform to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard. They are manufactured from special high-alloy high-speed steel HSSE with 5% cobalt added. This allows them to be used for drilling holes in alloy steel, cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, and acid-resistant steel. The quality of the steel improves drill hardness and ensures longer service life. It also enables high-speed cutting at high temperatures of up to 670°C. 2.3 mm cobalt drill bits for metal can be used on lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, and CNC machine tools.
