Ø1.4 Inox cobalt drill bit for metal
1.4 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. Advanced Inox cobalt drill bit for all professional drilling operations. Manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard from special HSSE cobalt high-speed steel. The 5% cobalt content improves drill hardness and wear resistance at temperatures up to 670°C, increasing tool life and resistance to other demanding operating conditions. The drills feature a straight shank, two central cutting edges, a 118° point angle, and special flutes that evacuate chips up the hole being drilled. Cobalt drill bit for metal, 1.4 can be used to machine very hard materials (alloy steels, stainless steels, acid-resistant steels, heat-resistant steels, gray cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel). These highly precise drills are suitable for specialized precision machining on conventional drilling machines, lathes, and milling machines, as well as modern computer numerically controlled machine tools. The cutting edges resist breakage, cracking, and chipping, resulting in longer tool life.
