1.2 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. Premium right-hand Inox cobalt twist drill with a smooth straight shank for drilling through holes and blind holes with a diameter of 1.2 mm. This drill has ground cutting edges and a 118° point angle. It enables precise drilling and, thanks to its ground helical flutes, rapid chip evacuation and production of chips with low surface roughness. These 1.2 cobalt drill bit for metal with straight shanks comply with the NWKa DIN 338 dimensional standard. They are used for drilling alloy steel, cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, and acid-resistant steel. The NWKa drills we offer are made from special high-alloy high-speed steel with 5% added cobalt. This improves drill hardness and ensures a longer service life. Further advantages of this type of drill include the ability to cut at high speeds and high temperatures, as well as resistance of the cutting edges to mechanical damage. They can be used on lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, and CNC machine tools.
