4.8 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. Professional twist drill with a smooth straight shank and a diameter of 4.8 mm for drilling holes in hard and difficult-to-machine materials. It features 2 central cutting edges, special flutes for rapid chip evacuation up the hole, and strong ground cutting edges resistant to impact and lateral forces. The drills we offer are manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard using special high-grade HSSE high-speed steel with 5% cobalt. The special drill geometry and the properties of HSSE steel provide exceptionally high cutting performance. Above all, they enable highly productive and accurate drilling. In addition, the drills withstand severe cutting conditions, including extreme thermal conditions. Even at very high temperatures (up to 670°C), they retain exceptional hardness and durability. 4.8 mm cobalt drill bits for metal recommended for conventional drilling machines, lathes, and milling machines, as well as professional CNC machine tools.
