Ø5.7 Inox cobalt drill bit for metal
5.7 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. Straight-shank twist drill with a diameter of 5.7 mm, manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard. Designed for professional machining of very hard and difficult-to-machine materials such as alloy steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, stainless steel, cast steel, and cast iron. The drills' high cutting performance results from the use of special high-alloy high-speed steel with 5% cobalt – HSSE. This steel composition increases its strength even under very severe operating conditions, including high temperatures up to 670°C. Cobalt steel drills therefore also allow increased drilling speeds, making more efficient use of available workstations. 5.7 cobalt metal drill bits are suitable for drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and computer numerically controlled machine tools – CNC.
