8.2 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. High-quality straight-shank twist drill with excellent cutting performance. Manufactured to NWKa, DIN 338 from advanced HSSE high-speed steel with approximately 5% cobalt. This steel makes the drills highly resistant to mechanical damage when drilling under demanding conditions. In particular, they offer high resistance to the very high temperatures (up to 670°C) generated when drilling at very high speeds. This reduces machining time and improves utilization of available workstations. The drills also offer high resistance to breakage, cracking, chipping, and even dulling. This extends drill service life while reducing machining costs. 8.2 mm cobalt drill bits for metal are suitable for conventional drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and computer numerically controlled machine tools.
