Ø1 Inox cobalt drill bit for metal
1 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. Professional Inox cobalt drill bit, 1 mm in diameter, with a smooth straight shank for drilling through holes and blind holes in very hard and difficult-to-machine materials. This 2 mm diameter drill is manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard from special HSSE cobalt high-speed steel. The addition of 5% cobalt makes HSSE drills more durable under demanding operating conditions than drills made from conventional tool steel. High machining productivity and the ability to drill holes with low surface roughness are also key advantages. Our range of 1 cobalt drill bit for metal with straight shanks, designated NWKa, withstand the very high temperatures (up to 670°C) generated during high-speed cutting. They are suitable for drilling holes in nonferrous metals, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat- and acid-resistant steel, cast steel, and cast iron. Our NWKa drills are recommended for conventional drilling machines, lathes, and milling machines, as well as modern CNC machine tools.
