Ø2.2 Inox cobalt drill bit for metal
2.2 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. High-quality drill for professional drilling of through holes and blind holes in materials that are difficult to machine. This straight shank twist drill conforms to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard. Manufactured from advanced high-speed steel HSSE, with cobalt (5%) as a key constituent. The drills have special helical flutes for efficient upward chip evacuation from the hole, as well as strong ground cutting edges that withstand impacts and lateral forces. Furthermore, the cobalt steel used in their manufacture increases cutting productivity and resistance to cutting edge damage, even under very demanding conditions and at high temperatures. They can be used to drill holes at high speeds that generate high temperatures of up to 670°. 2.2 mm cobalt drill bits for metal are suitable for drilling machines, milling machines, and lathes, as well as CNC machine tools.
