8.5 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. Professional 8.5 mm straight-shank twist drill made from advanced HSSE cobalt high-speed steel. It features 2 central cutting edges, ground cutting edges, and helical flutes for rapid chip evacuation from the hole being drilled. The properties of cobalt steel and the specific geometry give these drills excellent cutting performance. Above all, they are highly resistant to all types of mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, chipping), withstand the very high temperatures (up to 670°C) generated during high-speed cutting, and provide very high drilling accuracy.
