Ø6 Inox cobalt drill bit for metal
6 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. High-quality straight-shank twist drill with a diameter of 6.0 mm, designed for drilling through holes and blind holes. The drills available in our store are manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 standard from special high-grade HSSE high-speed steel, in which cobalt is a key constituent at approximately 5%. The addition of this element increases machining productivity and significantly reduces machining time. In addition, straight-shank cobalt steel drills are highly resistant to severe operating conditions, including the very high temperatures generated during high-speed drilling. The cutting edges 6.0 mm cobalt metal drill bits resist mechanical damage, extending their service life. They are suitable for drilling holes in hard materials such as alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel, and cast iron. They can be used with conventional drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and computer numerically controlled machine tools – CNC – computer numerical control.
