12.5 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. Specialized Inox cobalt twist drill bit with a smooth straight shank, manufactured to the NWKa DIN 338 dimensional standard from high-grade HSSE molybdenum high-speed steel containing 5% cobalt as a key constituent. This exceptional steel composition, together with the drill bit's specific geometry, significantly increases its resistance to cutting edge damage during high-speed drilling, which generates very high temperatures (up to 670°C). Straight-shank drill bits of this type can be used on all types of mechanical drilling machines and machine tools with CNC numerical control. They feature two central cutting edges with ground edges that withstand heavy impacts and lateral forces. In addition, these 12.5 cobalt drill bit for metal with straight shanks withstand very demanding cutting conditions and resist mechanical damage to the cutting edges. They enable highly accurate and efficient drilling. Intended for machining alloy steels, cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and heat-resistant steel. They can be used on conventional drilling machines and CNC machine tools.
