11.2 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE. Professional drill with a smooth straight shank for drilling holes in hard materials that are difficult to machine. These include unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, and hard plastics. We offer 11.2 cobalt drill bit for metal manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard from advanced high-speed steel HSSE with exceptionally high cutting performance. They also have 2 central cutting edges, a point angle of 118°, special flutes for chip evacuation, and strong ground cutting edges that withstand impacts and lateral forces. The drill cutting edges also feature a special wear-resistant titanium nitride TiN coating. This allows faster drilling progress, significantly reduces friction, and lowers the risk of chip adhesion. The drill construction also significantly increases drill life and drilling productivity. The tools are intended for conventional drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and computer-controlled CNC machine tools.
