1.8 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. Advanced Inox cobalt twist drill bit for drilling through holes and blind holes in very hard and difficult-to-machine materials. This straight-shank drill bit has a diameter of 1.8 mm and is made from special HSSE cobalt high-speed steel. The addition of cobalt makes the drill bits more resistant to demanding operating conditions (including temperatures up to 670°C) and their cutting edges more resistant to mechanical damage. They also enable highly efficient and accurate drilling. The holes have low surface roughness and remain straight along their entire length. The available 1.8 cobalt drill bit for metal are manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard and are used for drilling alloy steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant and heat-resistant steels, as well as cast iron and cast steel. Straight-shank drill bits of this type are intended for machine drilling on professional CNC machine tools as well as conventional drilling machines, lathes, and milling machines.
