Professional long tapping machine threader M5x0,5 NGMf for nuts, for cutting metric fine threads type M, size 5x0,5. Designed for high-performance threading using conventional machine tools and computer-controlled numerical control machine tools. The fine thread machine taps we offer allow machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials included in the category P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. M5x0.5 long machine taps are manufactured from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to its properties, it is possible to achieve high cutting performance, as the blades of the taps are resistant to the high temperatures generated by high-speed threading. High-performance machining shortens the time for threading individual workpieces, and thus improves the use of workstations. In addition, HSS threaders are resistant to any mechanical damage, so it is possible to extend their service life.
