Professional drilling machine, type NWRc 1,6 cobalt with a diameter of 1,6 mm, designed, for making initial ordinary nuts. This type of pre-drilling is performed when it is necessary to drill on sloping surfaces, flaccid tools or for pre-drilling guidance. Making pre-drills prevents the drill from whipping, especially in the initial phase of drilling. The drill bits in our offer have a 60-degree countersink angle and comply with the DIN 333 A dimensional standard. They are entirely made of modern cobalt HSS-E by the grinding method. The addition of 5% cobalt makes the bores suitable for machining alloy and carbon steels, cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, as well as heat- and acid-resistant steel. Even under harsh machining conditions (temperatures up to 670 degrees), they maintain high mechanical efficiency and the ability for high-performance machining. The drills also have spiral chip grooves, which are designed to quickly remove the cut material.
