Professional drill, type NWRc 1,25 cobalt with a diameter of 1 mm, designed for cutting ordinary nuts. These are pre-drills used for future holes. They are made for initial guidance of the drill bit and to reduce its runout during the first phase of drilling. The drill bits in our range have two strong cutting blades and special chip grooves to guide the cut material away from the top of the tool. They are made by grinding method entirely from special cobalt HSS-E high-speed steel. Thanks to their cobalt content (about 5%), tools of this type are much more resistant to harsh cutting conditions than tools made of conventional tool steel and ordinary high-speed steel (HSS). Above all, they are characterized by the possibility of machining at very high temperatures (up to 670 degrees) and are resistant to any mechanical damage caused during the machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials: alloy steels, cast irons, cast steels, stainless steels, acid-resistant steels, heat-resistant steels.
