Ø19.5 Inox cobalt drill bit for metal
19.5 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. A professional NWKa straight-shank twist drill for drilling through holes and blind holes with a diameter of 19.5 cm. It features 2 central cutting edges, a 118° point angle, and special flutes for rapid chip evacuation upward through the hole being drilled. The straight-shank drills offered have a solid construction, meaning they are made entirely from HSSE high-speed steel.
This is a special tool steel with high cutting performance. It enables the drills to withstand the high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting and achieve high machining efficiency. In addition, the cobalt content (approximately 5%) makes the drills exceptionally resistant to very demanding cutting conditions and enables drilling in very hard and difficult-to-machine materials. The drill cutting edges resist cracking, breakage, chipping, and even dulling. They can be used to drill holes in components made from alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast iron, and cast steel. 19.5 mm cobalt drill bits for metal are suitable for various types of machine tools, including conventional drilling machines, lathes, milling machines, and CNC machine tools.
