Machine threader M30x1.5 left through for stainless steel
Professional machine taps M30x1.5 left straight through - for through holes for making metric fine threads, type M30x1.5, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Threads can be made in through holes and blind holes. They are designed for both amateur and professional machining of a wide range of materials included in the category marked P1.2 - P1.3. In our store, they are sold in a 2-piece set, which includes a thread cutter of 8P and a finishing thread cutter of 2P. Complete thread cutting is carried out in two successive passes. The offered fine-coil hand taps are produced from modern high-speed steel HSSE (High Speed Steel). This is a high-class material affecting a significant increase in machining efficiency and at the same time increasing the accuracy of threading. The advantage of the HSS steel used in the production of threading dies, is also high resistance to possible damage during cutting hard and difficult-to-machine materials (fractures, cracks). Machine taps M30x1.5 left through are suitable for machining metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, as well as other hard raw materials. Made according to DIN 374 standard.
