Die were produced in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special HSS high-speed steel. This is a steel that exhibits exceptional hardness and durability. Thanks to this, die are extremely resistant to any mechanical damage, including breaking, dulling, chipping, chipping, breaking, cracking. The parameters of WS steel reduce the costs associated with the operation of tools and also the overall cost of labor. In addition, die from WS steel allow to increase the strength to withstand harsh machining conditions and the ability to thread workpieces made of hard materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3.
