Die M18x1 HSS for threading, round NHDa, for metric fine left-hand (external) threads of nominal diameter M18x1 LH. Designed for machine and manual threading with a special knob. Die in our store comply with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 and are made of special high-speed steel HSS 800. This is a specialized tool steel designed for machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials with a strength of up to 800 MPa. The fine-coil die we offer can work in very tough conditions and at high cutting speeds. This is due to the ability to maintain hardness and abrasion resistance - even under the influence of high temperatures up to 600 degrees C. Die are resistant to any mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, chipping), which significantly extends their service life.
