Die of this type are characterized by increased resistance to difficult cutting conditions. They make it possible to machine hard materials at increased speeds. Even in the resulting high temperature, die will maintain high efficiency and are resistant to abrasion. In addition, the die we offer make it possible to increase the precision of cutting and improve the quality of machined surfaces. They are made of special high-speed steel HSS 800, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. This unique tool steel allows machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials included in the class P1.2 - P1.3. They can also be used to machine materials with toughness up to 800 MPa. The blades of the dies are extremely resistant to possible mechanical damage caused during operation. These include metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoplastics.
