Die M24x2 HSS for threading, round, type NHDa designed for cutting external metric fine left-hand threads LH. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, the nut is 1.75. Die M24x2 LH are produced according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special HSS 800 high-speed steel. The high cutting parameters of this steel make it possible to machine hard and difficult-to-machine materials. Among other things, die are suitable for threading parts made of materials with ductility up to 800 MPa, as well as for carbon steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys. The fine threads we offer die are resistant to heavy cutting conditions. The blades are resistant to breakage, cracking, chipping and other mechanical damage, which significantly extends the service life of the tools and results in greater savings.
