11.1 mm metal drill bit HSS. A professional straight-shank twist drill manufactured to dimensional standard NWKa, DIN 338. This is a solid drill made entirely from advanced high-speed steel (HSS). This high-grade steel contributes to high machining productivity, shorter machining times, and greater drilling accuracy. The holes have low surface roughness. Our straight-shank drills ensure increased resistance to very demanding machining conditions. In particular, they offer greater hardness and wear resistance at high temperatures resulting from exposure to high temperatures (up to 600°C). They are designed for drilling through and blind holes in materials classified as P1.2 – P1.3. These include carbon steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, and plastics. 11.1 metal drill bit mm is suitable for various types of machine tools, including drilling machines, lathes, and milling machines.
