11.9 mm metal drill bit HSS. A straight-shank twist drill with a diameter of Ø11.9 mm, designed for drilling through and blind holes in components made from metal, unalloyed steel, tool steel, metal alloys, nonferrous metals, and other hard materials. The drills we offer conform to dimensional standard NWKa, DIN 338. Their main advantages include high resistance to severe cutting conditions, including the high temperatures (up to 600°) generated during high-speed drilling. This property results from the use of special high-alloy HSS high-speed steel, whose properties improve drilling productivity and accuracy while also increasing drill strength. The ground cutting edges resist breakage, cracking, chipping, edge fracture, and other types of mechanical damage. These features give the drills a very long service life. 11.9 metal drill bit mm is recommended for drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and numerical control machine tools.
