11.6 mm metal drill bit HSS. Professional twist drill with a straight shank, manufactured to dimensional standard NWka, DIN 338, designed for drilling through and blind holes in materials classified as P1.2 – P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, and thermoplastics. These are solid straight-shank drills made entirely of high-grade high-speed steel (HSS). This steel is used to manufacture professional cutting tools that withstand very demanding operating conditions. 11.6 mm metal drill bit made from this steel withstands cutting even at high temperatures (up to 600°C), enabling highly productive drilling at high speeds. These drills also resist breakage, chipping, dulling, and other cutting edge damage. They can be used on powered drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and CNC machine tools.
