Ø16.75 metal drill bit with a straight shank
16.75 mm metal drill bit HSS. Straight shank twist drill designed for professional drilling in very hard materials that are difficult to machine in classes P1.2 – P1.3 (metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, carbon steels). The drill has a point angle of 118°, two central cutting edges, and ground helical cutting edges for rapid chip evacuation. Our drills are manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard from advanced high-speed steel, whose properties provide significantly higher cutting performance. This steel allows increased machining productivity, improved precision, and, above all, drilling under very demanding conditions. 16.5 metal drill bit mm resists breakage, cracking, chipping, and other mechanical damage. It is suitable for conventional drilling machines and modern computer-controlled machine tools.
