Ø19 metal drill bit with a straight shank
19 mm metal drill bit HSS. Professional twist drill with a smooth straight shank, designed for machining hard materials that are difficult to machine in classes P1.2 – P1.3, such as unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, and hard plastics. We offer drills conforming to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard, with a diameter of 19 mm, a cutting point angle of 118°, 2 central cutting edges, and specially ground cutting edges resistant to impacts and lateral forces. NWKa straight shank drills are recommended for conventional drilling machines, lathes, milling machines, as well as CNC (computer numerical control) machine tools. Our store offers drills manufactured from advanced molybdenum HSS (High Speed Steel), whose excellent cutting properties allow increased cutting productivity and improved drilling precision. Furthermore metal drill bits 19.0 mm made of HSS have cutting edges with greater resistance to demanding operating conditions. The drill cutting edges resist mechanical damage, significantly extending their service life.
