Nominal diameter 1.25 mm; apex angle 118 degrees; cylindrical shank, tolerance h8; twist grooves ground to reduce drag. Material: high purity HSS high speed steel with fine microstructure, resistant to tempering. Execution according to DIN 338; recommended mounting in precision chuck and liquid cooling for diameter stabilization.

IT12 accuracy - holes achieve IT12 grade to ISO 286 under shop conditions with proper feed and rotation.
Stable initiation - 118-degree geometry reduces axial forces and slippage, improving centering on flat surfaces.
