Ø1.5 metal drill bit with a straight shank
1.5 mm metal drill bit HSS. A professional straight-shank twist drill with a cutting diameter of Ø1.5 mm, manufactured according to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard. It is made from special high-speed steel (HSS). Its exceptional cutting properties allow precise drilling in very hard materials such as metals, tool steels, carbon steels, nonferrous metals, bronze, brass, and thermoplastics. The drill bits enable highly productive and very accurate drilling (holes with low surface roughness). They have 2 central cutting lips with ground edges that improve the tools' cutting capabilities. They withstand demanding working conditions and rarely suffer mechanical damage such as cutting lip breakage, cracking, dulling, or chipping. These advantages directly extend their service life while reducing overall machining costs. The drill bits we offer are made from conventional tool steel. 1.5 metal drill bit mm is suitable for various types of machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines.
