Ø11 metal drill bit with a straight shank.
11 metal drill bit mm HSS. Straight-shank twist drill manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard, designed for professional machining of very hard and difficult-to-machine materials in classes P1.2 – P1.3. It can drill through and blind holes in metals, unalloyed (carbon) steel, metal alloys, nonferrous metals, and plastics. The NWKa drills offered in our store feature 2 ground central cutting edges, a 118° point angle, and special flutes for rapid chip evacuation up and out of the hole. These solid drills are made entirely from modern high-speed steel (HSS), which provides very good cutting properties. They withstand demanding cutting conditions, including the high temperatures (as high as 600°C) generated during high-speed drilling. These drills resist mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, dulling, notching, chipping), ensuring an extended service life. 11.0mm metal drill bit is designed for professional machining using conventional drilling machines, lathes, milling machines, and CNC machine tools.
