Ø19.5 metal drill bit with a straight shank
19.5 mm metal drill bit HSS. Twist drill with a smooth straight shank for professional drilling of through holes and blind holes with a diameter of 19.5 mm. Manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard. The drill has strong cutting edges that withstand heavy impacts and lateral forces. The point angle is 118°, and special flutes evacuate chips upward out of the hole being drilled. Our NWKa drills are manufactured from special HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to this steel 19 mm metal drill bits offer greater cutting capability, particularly higher machining productivity and greater drilling precision. The resulting holes have low surface roughness. Furthermore, our NWKa drills produce holes that remain aligned with their axis over their entire length. They are suitable for professional drilling operations in materials in categories P1.2 – P1.3. These primarily include alloy steels, metals, metal alloys, plastics, and nonferrous metals. The drills are recommended for various types of machine tools, including drilling machines, lathes, and milling machines.
