11.8 mm metal drill bit HSS. Specialized twist drill with a diameter of 11.8 mm and a plain straight shank. Manufactured to NWKa DIN 338 from high-grade molybdenum high-speed steel (HSS). This modern, high-grade steel is used to manufacture exceptionally durable cutting tools. Our metal drill bit with a diameter of 11.8 mm, straight-shank NWKa drill withstands demanding operating conditions, including high-speed drilling that generates high temperatures. These drills also resist breakage, cracking, edge nicking, chipping, and even dulling. These characteristics allow the drills to be used for extended periods without replacement. In addition, these drills enable highly accurate and productive drilling. They are designed for machining alloy steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, tool steels, stainless steel, and hard plastics. They can be used on both conventional drilling machines and CNC machine tools.
