11.5 mm metal drill bit HSS. Professional 11.5 mm drill with a smooth straight shank, manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard. These drills are designed for professional drilling in very hard and difficult-to-machine materials. Our range includes top-quality straight-shank drills made entirely from high-grade molybdenum high-speed steel (HSS). The properties of this steel provide high resistance to demanding operating conditions and the high temperatures (as high as 600°C) generated during high-speed machining. Our NWKa drills rarely suffer breakage, notching, chipping, or other mechanical damage. 11.5 metal drill bit mm has 2 ground central cutting edges and flutes that effectively evacuate chips up the hole. The cutting edge angle is 118°. Recommended for conventional drilling machines, lathes, milling machines, and professional CNC (computer numerical control) machine tools.
