Ø1.35 metal drill bit with a straight shank
1.35 mm metal drill bit HSS. A high-quality straight-shank drill for drilling holes with a diameter of 1.35 mm. Manufactured from modern HSS – High Speed Steel. This special tool steel gives our drills particularly high resistance to demanding operating conditions and, above all, enables machining at the high temperatures generated by high drilling speeds. The drills offered in our store feature ground edges that withstand heavy impacts and lateral forces. The drills also resist breakage, cracking, chipping, and other mechanical damage to the cutting edges. They also offer high resistance to changing operating conditions, including thermal shock. They are suitable for professional hole drilling in materials in categories P1.2 – P1.3. These are mainly metals, unalloyed steels, bronze, brass, copper, aluminum, and plastics. 1.35 metal drill bit mm is manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard. They feature two central cutting edges and special flutes that evacuate excess cut material upward through the hole. These drills are designed for professional drilling work.
