10.9 mm metal drill bit HSS. Modern twist drill with a smooth straight shank for drilling cylindrical holes with a diameter of 10.9 mm. Features 2 ground central cutting edges and special flutes for rapid chip evacuation up and out of the hole. The cutting point angle is 118°. These drills are manufactured by grinding to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard. Designed for producing through and blind holes in materials in categories P1.2 – P1.3. These include carbon (unalloyed) steels, metals, metal alloys, nonferrous metals, and plastics. Our metal drill bit with a diameter of 10.9 mm straight-shank drills are made entirely from modern high-speed steel (HSS). This exceptional tool steel withstands demanding operating conditions, resists high temperatures (up to 600°C), and enables highly productive drilling. The drills are more resistant to damage, which helps extend their service life. Designed for conventional drilling machines, milling machines, and lathes, as well as CNC machine tools.
