Ø14.75 metal drill bit with a straight shank
14.75 mm metal drill bit HSS. High-grade straight-shank twist drill for drilling through and blind holes in P1.2 – P1.3 materials (metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, and plastics). Drills of this type have 2 central cutting edges with strong cutting edges that withstand impacts and lateral forces. Straight-shank drills of this class are manufactured to dimensional standard NWKa DIN 338 from special high-speed steel (HSS). This steel offers high cutting performance, enabling holes to be drilled with low surface roughness. In addition, drills made from HSS are able to withstand demanding operating conditions and resist mechanical damage such as breakage, cracking, chipping, edge fracture, and even dulling. Our drills also offer high resistance to high temperatures as well as high hardness. 14.5 metal drill bit mm is suitable for conventional drilling machines and computer-controlled CNC machine tools.
