18 mm metal drill bit HSS. High-quality professional straight shank twist drill manufactured to the NWKa and DIN 338 dimensional standards. This professional-grade drill is designed for professional drilling of through holes and blind holes in very hard materials that are difficult to machine in classes P1.2 – P1.3. These include metals, unalloyed steels, nonferrous metals, and metal alloys. The drills available in our store are manufactured from special high-grade high-speed steel (HSS). This steel offers high cutting performance, increasing cutting productivity, reducing working time, and thus allowing more efficient use of available workstations. Metal drill bits 18.0 mm also resist wear during high-speed drilling at high temperatures. They are suitable for conventional machine tools (drilling machines, lathes, milling machines), as well as modern CNC machine tools.
