1.9 mm metal drill bit HSS. A professional NWKa DIN 338 drill bit with a smooth straight shank and a diameter of 1.9 mm, designed for drilling through holes and blind holes in materials classified as P1.2 – P1.3. These include carbon (unalloyed) steels, metals, aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, and tool steel. The drill bits available in our store are designed for professional machining with drilling machines, lathes, and milling machines, as well as computer numerical control machine tools – CNC. Straight-shank drill bits of this type feature high resistance to elevated temperatures (up to 600°C), as well as high hardness and wear resistance. They have 2 central cutting lips and special flutes that efficiently evacuate chips toward the top of the drilled hole. Their strong cutting edges feature increased resistance to heavy impacts and lateral forces. 1.9 metal drill bit mm is made from special high-speed steel (HSS), which makes the drill bits resistant to mechanical damage such as breakage, cracking, chipping, and even dulling.
