Ø14.5 metal drill bit with a straight shank
14.5 mm metal drill bit HSS. Modern straight-shank twist drill designed for machining unalloyed steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, and other hard materials. It is made from special high-alloy high-speed steel (HSS), whose properties enable high cutting performance, including increased drilling productivity and precision. The drills are manufactured to dimensional standard NWKa DIN 338. HSS gives the drills increased resistance to demanding operating conditions, including the high temperatures (up to 600°C) generated during high-speed drilling. The drill cutting edges are ground, and their strong cutting edges withstand heavy impacts and lateral forces. 14.5 metal drill bit mm is suitable for various types of conventional drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and CNC machine tools.
