Ø1.4 metal drill bit with a straight shank
1.4 mm metal drill bit HSS. A high-quality straight-shank twist drill. It has two central cutting lips, flutes that allow efficient upward chip evacuation, and a 118° point angle. Its strong, ground cutting edges resist impacts and lateral forces. The drill bits we offer are manufactured according to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard and enable precise machining of even very hard materials while minimizing the risk of cutting edge damage. These NWKa drill bits are manufactured from special high-speed steel, HSS – High Speed Steel. This steel has exceptional cutting properties. Above all, it ensures high machining productivity, the ability to work under demanding conditions, and drilling in very hard materials. Drill bits made from this steel resist wear even at the very high temperatures (up to 600°C) generated during high-speed drilling. They can be used with handheld drills and drilling machines. 1.4 metal drill bit mm is suitable for all professional applications.
