Professional set of taps for manual cutting of metric fine-coil threads, type M30x2 left, left-hand LH, ISO DIN-13, with an angle of 60 degrees. They are suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes. They are made according to DIN 2181 by the well-known and respected brand Varel. The products of this company are characterized by high machining efficiency, long service life. The threaders offered to you are produced from modern HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a special tool steel designed for machining extremely hard and hard-to-machine materials.
They can be used to thread parts made of unalloyed (carbon) steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics and others. The set includes two taps: a proper tapping tool with an 8P cut and a finishing tapping tool with a 2P cut, threading is carried out in two working steps, with successive use of both tools. The threaders are resistant to possible damage to the blade during operation, while at the same time guaranteeing increased productivity and high precision of the threads cut. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2 6H. The taps comply with DIN 2181.
