Hand tapping machineM45x4 fine-coil HSS - high quality hand tapping machine No. 2 (finishing) for realizing the second stage of threading. It is designed for making metric fine-coil threads type M45x4 with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Taps of this type are produced from modern high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel). Its high cutting properties significantly increase the strength of the taps to withstand harsh cutting conditions and achieve increased resistance of the blades to potential damage during cutting (breaking, cracking, chipping). In addition, the offered M45x4 fine-coil manual threaders of this type allow to achieve high machining efficiency and at the same time high accuracy of the threads made. The tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2 (6H). The offered tools are designed for cutting threads in parts made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. These are metals, unalloyed steels (carbon), non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), metal alloys (brass, bronze) and also hard plastics. M45x4 hand taps comply with the standard marked ISO-2.
