Hand tapsM22x1,25 fine-coil HSS. a 2-piece set of professional hand taps for cutting metric fine-coil threads, M 22x1.25 with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The offered fine-coil taps are designed for threading through-holes and blind holes in very hard and hard-to-machine materials classified as class P1.2 - P1.3. These are m.in.: unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics. Threading is carried out manually using a suitable knob. The offered M22x1,25 manual taps are sold in a set, which includes a proper tapping threader with an 8P nut and a finishing threader with a 2P nut. The total allowance of machined material corresponding to the cross-section of the groove is divided between the two taps. The M22x1.25 fine-coil hand t aps in question are manufactured in accordance with ISO 529, and are suitable for both amateur machining and use in locksmith shops engaged in unit or small batch production. They are made of modern high-alloy HSS, the high properties of which translate directly into the high quality of the taps. First of all, the tools are very resistant to harsh cutting conditions and resistant to blade damage during threading. In addition, they make it possible to achieve higher machining productivity while maintaining high accuracy of the threads being cut.
