Countersink Ø25 mm 90° DIN 335 C HSS is a precision cutting tool designed for countersinking holes for countersunk screws. The NWSa type, manufactured in accordance with DIN 335, is suitable for machining holes at an angle of ninety ° with diameters up to 25 mm. High-speed steel (HSS) provides abrasion resistance and shape stability even under intensive use.
Ø25 mm 90° countersink is equipped with three cutting edges, which ensure stable, uniform operation, reducing vibration and improving the machined surface quality. This tool is ideal for countersinking and facing holes in materials such as unalloyed steels, metal alloys, and plastics.
Countersink Ø25 mm 90° for stainless steel with a straight shank is suitable for both conventional machine tools and modern CNC machines. Thanks to the high-quality cutting surface, clean, neat chamfers can be achieved without additional machining, saving time and costs in the production process.
