Hand taps M40x1,5 left fine threads
A set of two high-end general-purpose hand taps for cutting metric fine-coil threads, type M40x1.5 LH with an angle of 60 degrees, complying with ISO DIN-13. The taps are suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes. Designed for machining workpieces made of materials marked P1.2 - P1.3 (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics).
The fine-coil hand taps we offer are manufactured in accordance with ISO 529 from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a special tool steel, which increases the efficiency and precision of threading. The tolerance field of the threads produced is ISO2 (6H). The advantage of the threaders is also resistance to harsh working conditions and resistance of blades to mechanical damage. Threaders are offered to both amateurs and professional companies and locksmiths.
